With stress and anxiety at an all-time high, there is a greater need for emotional self-care to reduce burnout, support adult well-being, and increase positive child outcomes.

These are challenging times for everyone - our children included. They are acutely aware of the conditions surrounding them and are experiencing grief, anxiety, stress, and often trauma association with the current pandemic. This webinar provides expert advice on strategies for educators and families to help them support children's social and emotional well-being during times of crisis.
