PPE is inspired by a vision of excellence and equity in public education for Delaware's children and families.  Our work is grounded in the belief that partnerships involving research, practice, family, and community are essential for the improvement of educational opportunities.

The primary purpose of these mini-grants is to advance the mission of PPE through engagement and partnership with the P12 Delaware community.
