More about Taria’s experience as a Partner-in-Practice Fellow

"It was a pleasure to work on developing the EquityQTS with university staff, my own former professors, and colleagues! This experience allowed me to strengthen my collaboration skills and share about how I select and use meaningful text in my own English classroom. This was also a great opportunity to encourage professional development amongst my peers and the text used in their classes. It was great to bounce ideas between one another and create a tool that will benefit teachers and students that fosters equitable education practices."
