On Thursday, The Partnership for Healthy Communities hosted Senator Chris Coons and Office of National Drug Control Policy Director, James Carroll, as they led a 14-person panel of Delaware’s most influential leaders. The panel addressed key topics such as additional treatment options, drug diversion efforts in the criminal justice system, and breaking down the stigma around those seeking help.
